Our partnering system offers you the opportunity to arrange private meetings with other participants at the Technology Forum and to create your personal event agenda.Therefore this website features an integrated online-partnering system which offers you a personalised partnering area with the following services:
 

Edit your partnering profile
We invite you to present your partnering profile to the other life delegates in order to highlight your business objectives and present your networking aims to the networking community.Please visit the section “my profile” to edit an abstract presentation of your organisation, classify your organisation following international scientific classification and industry standards, edit your executive summary and edit your networking offers (licensing opportunities, collaboration proposals,...) and other opportunities (job vacancies, company presentations,...).
 

Define your availability for one-to-one meetings and manage your agenda
The system assists you in managing your personal timetable of one-to-one meetings, conferences and other community-related activities during the event and your personal follow-up activities.Please visit the section 'my agenda' and select 'availability' in order to select the time zones in which you are available for one-to-one meetings. lifepartnering system will take care of scheduling meetings only in time slots where both participants are available.
 

Screen the networking community and associated programme
Our partnering platform features an exclusive search engine for facilitating your business intelligence and proactive matchmaking with your business prospects and networking candidates at the associated events.Please visit the 'search' section and screen the lists of participants, networking offers and programme for identifying the participants or programme which fit your personal business objectives or networking aims.
 

Organise your private meetings with other participants
The system enables you to arrange private meetings with other participants and life delegates, either at the event (onsite) within dedicated meeting areas or online within private virtual meeting rooms.Please visit the section ‘my agenda’ to access your personal meeting organiser to propose one-to-one meetings to the other participants and to reply to incoming requests. Please note that meetings are scheduled only if both participants agree, in respect to the overall event programme.
 

Review your personal planning
Please visit your 'planning' in the section ‘my agenda’ to view your personal agenda featuring your private one-to-one meetings and your individual shortlist of company presentations, conferences, posters sessions and other gatherings.
 

Get in touch with other participants
The system features an online message board enabling you to exchange electronic messages with the other registered participants.Please visit the 'my messages' section and access your personal message board to manage all your communication activities including management of personal contacts, mailing of business documents.
